To All My Friends!

Hello Everyone:

This is for my Classmates or anyone else interested in my theme. Yes, there are may of us that has chosen to go back to school for more education to improve or update our futures. I get bored at times with just all my crafts and time passers. I really miss the medical field where I spent all my years of work. Well, I decided I want to do more in the medical field, so this time, after I get my degree, (which is my second one), I will work from home as a medical transcriptionist. I don't have to work, but I want to. Yes, we can all use the money! I plan on working for perhaps 4 or more hours from home each day. And then who knows, maybe I will travel? Shop? Or just save!

I would love to hear from others what their plans are for the future and thise that is going back to work,, I would love to hear from you too!

Liz

  2. Hi Liz, I like your blog page colors, they are soothing and cool.

I thought I had responded to your question about re-entering the work force, but I don't see it, so either I didn't respond or I responded to someone else regarding the same subject.

I am re-entering the medical work force (I hope). I am worried about the state of the service organizations, as a lot of the jobs are being outsourced to India, but maybe there will be a connection through the school.

I was in the medical field for the first 12 years of my working life doing medical transcription. Currently I teach computers and do IT support. However, because I am getting older, I can't stand on my feet as long and so working from home is very appealing.

I hope that your Kaplan experience continues to be good and that we get our degrees and find suitable employment.

Hello to all my friends. Each morning I get up and think, this is one day closer to the completion of my goal. I do look forward to working from my home for 4-6 hours a day. I will time for all my hobbies and for my special friends. I know there are several of my classmates that are going into the same career as I and I hope we can stick together as we finish and go out into that working world once again.

  5. Unit 5 Blog

Hello to all my friends, classmates and Peofessor. Time is really flying now. We are already into Unit 5 this term.I am now looking forward to graduation and setting down to a new job right here at home. I am planning on actually going to Miami, Fl. to attend the actual graduation. I do hope some of my fellow classmates will also. I would love to see you at least one time before we go our separate ways. It seems I already know many of you through our posts and seminars in class. I have finally passed the half way point now.

Spring is about here too. I do look forward to the spring and summer. I am in Montana and I am sure many of you know how the winters are here. We went 95 days this winter without seeing dirt or grass or driveways or streets. Yes, the first snow this winter was in November, before Thanksgiving, and the snow finally all melted just last week.
I look forward to hearing from all of you.. Good luck with your blogs.
